Catfish

Many years ago when I was a Deputy Sheriff, we had a well being check on a young lady that did not show up for work nor called her family for 2 days. Upon arriving at her home, a male was observed leaving from the back door. Running like the wind, he was caught several hours later. She was found under her bed where he stuffed her body. She met him online and evidence would later show they chatted for 2 months. He drove in from Mississippi under an assumed name, fake employment information making himself look successful. She fatally trusted him to visit her home. He's doing life for murder!

"Did she see a red flag but brushed it off"

"Did she not see any flags but just didn't do her due diligence to verify"

"Are you or do you know someone that things sometimes just don't add up"

"Maybe he or she isn't a murderer but are married, involved, a convicted felon"

At Black Ops PDA, we encourage everyone to "Trust but Verify" the boogie man sometimes

wears slacks and a button down shirt.... or a skirt and heels!

Are they who they say they are?

What is their criminal history?

Have they ever gotten a DWI?

Are they registered sex offenders?

Are they married or single?

What is their real name, job, where do they really live?

Too many trusting people fall victim to scam artists, sex offenders, and others that have ill will !
